Hey all, to start, I've not used ProctorTrack because of their data breach and history, etc... Technically it should work, and I recall someone or some people completing them, but don't recall where I read this...
I've got some people who inquired about CLEP and ProctorTrack exams remotely, they're located outside the US and looking to get CLEP credits for FREE using CLEP/ModernStates.org... I remember reading posts that they were able to use the CLEP/MS vouchers for this exam and the person was not in the US.
How does ProctorTrack really work if you're not in the US? I guess it will just work like ProctorU or RPNow and should work anywhere in the world as long as you've got the exam ID or voucher needed and a stable internet connection. Anyone got more info on this? Thanks in advance...

I would think you'd also need a VPN (though, some proctors terminate VPN connections) and an American ID for the CLEP exams.
The people who have been able to use CLEP exams outside of the US, I think they've either been able to go to a local testing center (unfortunately, outside of the US, there are very few that are open to the public) or they've been American expats.
