Not having sat for either of them, all I can say is that in my own research, Astronomy is generally considered one of the harder tests, while World Religions is considered less challenging. Which one is best probably depends on your particular course plan, but if you're just looking for fast credits, World Religions is the easier of the two I'm fairly sure.
I'm planning to take both... I already took Astronomy at my old B&M but I am considering taking the DSST as well to try and get a better grade. I'll be taking World Religions in the next few weeks to fulfill a GE requirement (and because it seems like an interesting subject.)
