Does TESC accept credits older than 10 years?

This is what I found in their catalog:

"In the degree programs listed below, if professional credits
are more than 10 years old, a Demonstration of Currency
(DOC) is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and
Technology (BSAST)
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
(BSBA)
• Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership
(BSOL)
• Associate in Science in Applied Science and
Technology (ASAST)"
