First of all, I am assuming you are talking NYC and not the entire state. After doing some poking around (no phone calls -- sorry!), CUNY College of Staten Island states that they charge $15. I have seen anything from $15-$40. Even though test centers are listed on the CLEP site, you might want to ask if they also deliver the DSST exams. I have a feeling many do and yet are not on the DSST site.
