Createspace (Amazon.com) for this, but I've also used Trafford for a book I did in the early 90's. When I worked with Trafford, we were NOT in the digital age like we are now, and I think they've been playing catch-up/maybe a bit slow for me. They just don't have the power to market like Amazon does, so it was a no-brainer. Someone else here (I won't name names lol) is also using them and is also having a good experience. Maybe that person will chime in.
