My problem is that instacert will not reply to me. I have sent several e-mails and tried calling to no avail. I would like a full refund. A sneeky autocharge program is the only option I had and it autocharge me for small unnoticeable amounts even after I thought I had canceled. Iâm trying to get a full refund even though there policy says I donât get to have one. The only reason I went to this forum is because they started ignoring me after one e-mail.
I really did not want to have to take this to the forums but it here because of bad customer service. Please donât belittle people who are new to your forum. Please reference where I ignored people and just kept posting ânegative garbageâ (Linda). I think I posted in different forums which apply to me. I made 5 posts because I thought they would be deleted like my first post.
I did it, I messed up and IC has many policyâs which protect them in place and I get that. I asked for a refund and was told how it was and am now ignored. I have a good life and have achieved much by being tenacious which is what we are now all a part of. Thank you for your reply; even your attempt to be harsh but Iâm not one of your grade school students, even if you think I am, Iâm just someone with a problem with a company and a computer.

Craftsmen in Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Technology 2009

Into to Computers (didnât study)
English Composition Modular (used Petersons from library)
Humanities (American History) (used Petersons from library)
Principles of Supervision (used Petersons from library)
Substance Abuse (used Petersons from library)
(I actually studied for the old version which was Drug and Alcohol abuse)
