Travis has been banned for 3 days for creating a bunch of threads about the same topic.
To Travis: if you have a copy of a previous cancellation email you'd sent that we never honored, then please forward that to webmaster@instantcert.com. Otherwise, a one month refund is the most we can offer you. Looking at our records, you signed up for a couple of months back in 2010 and we cancelled your account at your request without any problems. This time, again, as soon as we received your cancellation request, we took care of it. As another user indicated, if you absolutely feel that you were wrongly charged, then your only recourse is to go to your credit card company and get them to reverse the charge.
