Companies have to apply for the ACE review....otherwise how would ACE ever track down all the training in the world and assess it. There is a cost associated, and while it isn't really all that much money I don't think every employer is going to see enough benefit to apply, spend the cash, and maintain the certification.

I thought all the service members got a SMART these days?
