In my opinion as part of the hiring process, I don't care where you went to school. All I care about is what you can do for me as an employer and my customers care about what you can do for them.
If you learn more at Harvard Extension than the local community college or Thomas Edison then go ahead and go to Harvard Extension.
Most of the people I have interviewed attended schools in countries where I couldn't even pronounce the name of the school anyway so I just have to judge them on their abilities, knowledge, and ability to communicate.
