I think the 99 per month and 39 per course is the best bet after you have done CLEP/DSST tests.
The costs are extremely low when compared to other options. Especially when you factor in your time. Take your hourly pay and be sure to calculate in any time savings you get by CLEPing or doing Straighterline.com.
