If it was me, I would question the registrar about the passing score requirements as it sounds to me like they are possibly thinking percentage rather than the scaled score. I cannot tell you how many colleges/universities will actually say in their CLEP details that they are looking for a 70% (or some other number) -- not the way CLEP does their scoring at all!
