You can only have 6 credits at the 100 level in your concentration, so you will not be able to use your calculus credits there as you already have chemistry filling that slot. Since you plan on a masters in CS anyway, that levels the playing field somewhat between the Natural Science and CS bachelors, as far as number of credits go.
