Welcome. It may take an actual advising appointment to do this. If you should call and the personal who picks up the expressline says "huh, what do you mean PIN" quickly say I must have been confused, hang up go online and schedule an advising appt or submit a helpdesk ticket.
I always preferred a phone appointment because as soon as they were done, I could log back in while still on the phone and confirm it was fixed as requested. Not sure if it is still the case, but a few years ago if they were updating your eval you could not access it. You had to wait until they saved and logged out of your file.
Most on the expressline are not as fully aware of the intricacies of the software, or anything else regarding formal degree planning for that matter. Mostly they just field generalized questions. But a Sr Advisor will sometimes take a shift on the expressline.
