I have gotten into a lot of crafts in the last couple of years, I do scrap-booking, jewelry making, photography and some sewing. When my kids were younger and I lived in NJ I did lots of fund raising, for school, sports, scouts and church now I do none of that. I also love to read and since I have more time am averaging 2-3 books a week, I do volunteer at the library and help with book sales.
I also consider my substitute aide work as a part time hobby, working full days with very special children for $50 a day is almost volunteering.
