Challenging task looking for certain GRADUATE level credits.

Hello all,

I can't believe that I'm actually at a point that I'm talking Masters degrees! Less than 12 months ago I was just a GED holder, I owe a ton to this community!

Although 3-4 months away, I'd like to start trying to face a challenge I'm facing in my upcoming program. The graduate program I am strongly leaning towards (Amberton) allows a generous amount of transfer credits and I need to find sources of Masters Level ECONOMICS prefix classes.

Ideally, since I've become educationally frugal - the classes will be one of the two:

1. Self Paced (I'm making an assumption Amberton allows this)
2. Reasonably Priced

The "usual suspects" (LSU Online, UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS) seem to only have undergrad level econ courses or none at all. I've also searched "self paced graduate level credits" on Google and hit up the schools that came up on the first page looking for Econ classes, no dice.

The reason for this is that I reside in an area where the two major industries are education and healthcare. There are a large amount of private schools near me that allow a person without a teaching degree to teach high school assuming he/she has a masters and enough credits in a "high need" subject. Econ is one of those "high need" concentrations. This will allow me to hedge risk against being unemployed in business for a small-ish investment and hassle of finding these courses. Since Amberton has one Econ class already, I only need to find 3 more classes (9 credits).

I will then have to, per Amberton's policy, see if they will allow the classes I find to transfer. So it may be an uphill battle, but I think it will be beneficially in the long run.
