1. There were no additional fees when I took the courses you mentioned.
2. The webinars are on a set schedule. The Strategic Management webinars were scheduled on Sunday nights and occaisionally cancelled. It took me several months to get them completed because of my schedule.
3. The books are included in the cost of the courses. The Strategic Management looks like something printed and bound by them. It may be available from other sources though.
4. My credits transferred without problem last year.
