A few questions regarding Penn Foster

When I enrolled in the Financial Management course, I was told that my course textbook would arrive within ten business days. Ten business days later, I messaged them again and was told they no longer offered a hard copy of the textbook, but were working toward getting an online textbook instead. Two days later, I had a link to an online textbook, but was blocked from accessing it. A couple more days later, I was finally allowed into the textbook. I started the course, and about halfway through, a financial calculator arrived in the mail.

Granted, this was my experience, and PF was obviously working out some issues that you may not encounter. My point is that enrolling in the course doesn't guarantee that you can work on it immediately.
