Actually, no. If you go through the normal sign-up and course registration process, you will not see those details at any point along the way. You were able to find this information because you were actively looking for ir. The average user has no reason to seek out this information. How can one be held to a contract that they were not aware existed?

It's not unethical, either. This is clearly not a true exploit, since the coupon code automatically applies itself to all courses in the basket, and the user is not even given the option to pay for the additional courses.
I understand the burning desire to play devil's advocate in an attempt to stir up meaningful discussion, but this is not meaningful discussion.
