There is a big link that says "Official Rules Apply." It's not even in fine print. The page also says "Limit one course per person." This is the normal sign-up page for the Careerbuilder deal.

Ah, right you are. This whole time, I was going through the main Sophia webpage at http://www.sophia.org, which mentions the code on the page after signing in, but does not mention any rules.
