The course does not qualify for a manual update to your JST. The JST is an official transcript which lists courses that qualify for an American Council on Education (ACE) evaluation. Skillport, eLearning, most correspondence courses, most distance learning, and courses less than 45 academic hours usually do not qualify and are not documented on your JST. The course must also reside in the ATRRS database.

The ACE Guide is a reference which provides information regarding military training that has been evaluated by (ACE) and is qualified to be on the JST. You can find the Guide at the following web address: Military Guide
