i am a newbie too.. not sure what's the difference between Matriculated vs Non-Matriculated.
i am under the impression is we take the per-credit plan, each TECEP will cost $150.

matriculated means that you are enrolled in and pursuing a degree at TESC, so even under that per-credit plan, you should get the $37 per credit hour price. non-matriculated would be someone who is taking the TECEP and then transferring it to another school. I'm planning to register for another TECEP this week, so I will confirm which price I get.
