Penn Foster at COSC?

I think one could maybe cobble together most if not all of an Individualized studies Organizational Leadership/Human Resources...I'm going to have one of the folks I mentor try to get such a plan approved. Certainly with a few outside courses something like this is possible...but as I look at the available courses I realized there is almost a full BSBA with HR concentration degree here, it could look as follows:

Gen Ed's as listed above, need US History/Gov and a science lab (1 credit lab only)

Business Core:
PF ACC 111 Financial Accounting (LL)
PF ACC 112 Managerial Accounting (LL)
PF BUS 315 Legal Environment of Business (UL) if this doesn't work then PF still has regular LL Business Law BUS 213
PF Bus 110 Principles of Management (LL)
NOTHING FOR MANAGEMENT INFO SYSTEMS (I believe DSST has it though)
PF MKT 301 Marketing (LL)
PF FIN 101 Finance Management (LL)
PF BUS 340 Organizational Behavior (UL)
COSC Capstone (UL)

Human Resources Concentration (9 credits):
PF HRM 210 Compensation Management (listed as UL by ACE, I worry about the PF prefix being 200 though)
PF HRM 320 Compensation Management (UL)
PF HRM 355 Training Concepts (UL)

Prerequisites:
PF BUS 121 Economics (LL)
Microeconomics (no PF)
PF Business Statistics (should satisfy math also, listed as UL by ACE, but 200 prefix might see it downgraded by COSC)

That would be 6 UL courses, 18 credits. I suspect the 12 remaining UL could be just about anything but here are related UL listed Penn Foster options:
PF BUS 400 Business Ethics (UL and satisfies Ethics Requirement)
PF MKT 340 Retail Management (UL)
PF BUS 425 Strategic Business Management (UL) may not be accepted as it possibly duplicates part or all of the Capstone.
PF FIN 310 Corporate Finance (UL)
PF BUS 315 Legal Environment for Business (UL, and if not already used above for Business Law)

Or really any of the UL listed in my post above

All this would complete the Major, upper level, and Gen Ed's, you would be somewhere around 80 credits, Add in 30 FEMA, the Cornerstone and Capstone, and you would only need 2-3 DSST/CLEP/SL to complete the whole thing. I think you could get it done completely from scratch for around $8000-8500...substitute cheaper DSST/CLEP where possible and reduce the cost even more, I bet you can get down near $6500 or so if you really wrung every bit of value engineering from the process.
