If I used PF for their business bachelor's, how close would I be to a bsba CIS at TESU if I transfered after graduation?

How far are you in the Bachelors Degree for Penn Foster? Are you about done or just starting?
I just skimmed their program and also checked their ACE Credit Recommendations for the first few.
I think this is a tad long and complex. Here are the links to check. Hope this helps,

From a quick glance, I would guess and estimate roughly 32 of those courses will come through.
There are about 8 electives with no name for the course, but you can use this older guide and see.
That means, from the new rules, you can transfer them all in... Oh wait, you can't.

There is a limit of 90 credits from one source. Hmmm, you're stuck at either 24 or 30.
24 credits for a second new BSBA degree, or if you're not done yet with first BS you can bring 90.
You can bring more that that to either degree, but can't come from Penn Foster, or one source.

You will need to take at minimum the AOS (area of study) courses or alternatives listed here.
