Penn Foster at COSC?

My understanding is that if the credits are used to earn a bachelor's degree, you can't transfer them at all. You would instead have to apply to do a second bachelor's which requires new credits. Although you shouldn't have to repeat your GenEd.

Would TESU even acknowledge a DEAC degree, or would they consider as if the OP hasn't graduated. If that's the case one could graduate with 2 for the price of one.
