Trump Jr. admitted that they booked the show with Sam Bushman through an agency, but claims that they didn't know that James Edwards was in the room. The problem is that Sam Bushman is a part of the American Policy Center which was listed as a hate group by SPLC. That listing has since been removed, but I think it's no coincidence that Sam Bushman would invite a white nationalist to be on his show.
