I passed. Would have preferred a higher score, but I will take it. It was easier than I thought it would be, but I wouldn't call it an easy exam. Reading the chapters and working on the lists was the most helpful. While reading the book, I focused on the chapters and the examples within the chapters and skipped the key points, chapter questions, and the long case studies at the end of the book. IC cards were helpful. For the lists, I focused on bricabrac's notes and also Nyarpy's flashcards. Instead of just memorizing the lists, I tried to review them in a paragraph format. I found this helped with the essays. Going in I was nervous about the time limit, but without the computer crash, I would have finished in about 2 hours. About 20 hours of (not very efficient) studying. Could have been less if I focused a little better. Having previously taken Business Ethics, International Business, Management, and parts of Organizational Behavior helped a lot.
