It looks like you could take Study.com's Business 309: Digital Marketing & Advertising (which TESU transcribes as MAR-441: Marketing With Digital & Social Media) for your third area. You have twelve hours of Accounting beyond the core requirements and OPM-301 Operations Management for Management, so you just need one more course in Finance or Marketing to get all three areas.

With the 2015 and prior catalog, you don't have to take courses in 3 of the 4 areas. It's completely different, as there are fewer requirements (Micro & Macroecon are up in Gen Ed, you don't need a Managerial Comm course, and those spots are now open to 3 Business Electives).
