I just went in to check ours and it looks like they are having technical issues. The message says "StraighterLine Service Interruption
StraighterLine is experiencing an unplanned and temporary service interruption with a service provider. We are actively working on the issue and expect to be back online shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Maybe it has something to do with the update.
