If referring to using TECEPs to fill residency requirement in the Per Credit Plan, you have to pass the required amount of credits. The good news, the failed test does not harm the student. Just keep testing until you meet the number of credits needed. At least this was the case when I was enrolled. Maybe someone who used the PPC tuition plan can jump in with more detail? Also, this thread may prove helpful.

Sorry I wasn't more specific; I'm not under the old 8-tecep plan. I just enrolled with this tecep under the current per credit plan, and I know you have to pass your first course to stay enrolled, but if they allow a retest with this tecep, then one would still be enrolled until after the two additional attempts are "used up," right?
