I just got this reply back from Academic Advising:
We have solved your issue

You should still apply for graduation by the July 1 deadline. On the application, you can indicate that there are pending transcripts and the Registrar's office will make a determination regarding when your degree can be conferred. After applying, you should follow up with their office directly at 609-984-1180.
Should you have additional questions, please create a new ticket by sending an email to [email protected] with your degree program in the subject line. Thank you.
