People taking the actual course you do need 70%, but that's because it's easier because of the discussion groups, open-book assignments, etc. They don't take the TECEP at all.
The minimum score for the actual class is 73%. C- is not acceptable for area of study courses or English comp. 60% is way easier than 73% IMHO.
In general, people taking actual classes at TESU or elsewhere to take hard-to-get AOS courses have to remember to avoid the C- by getting at least a 72% or 73% depending on the school.
