Actually the passing 60 is equivalent to a C.* Quiet as it's kept they do have a number-letter grade equivalent that they do not use on transcripts. IIRC, certain individuals (ex teachers) need the grade for their (recertification) credentials. I was told in certain cases something is generated for those individuals. Not sure if this is still the case, but it was when I graduated in 2010-2011.
