Yes, Once you have paid the $99 fee you have to wait for them to set up your account. Mine took about 12 hours. The website states it can take upto 24 hrs. Then you will be good to go. After set up you will not see any fees next to the courses! But there will be a proctor fee of $15 for each course you take. Also Davar stated they will charge a $15 fee after the 2nd transcript is sent. So I would send the transcript once you have completed a number of courses. Go get'em!
