Just finished Fin 401, Corporate Finance, which I though would be a beast because there were a lot of crazy hard essays that they could have picked but I thought the essays were very doable. Like most math or finance exams from Davar there are the 10 or so financial calculations. Also there were a lot of lists put in the MC and you had to answer which one was false. I like these bc I usually write ABCD down and cross the ones I know to be true off. General subject matter for the essays (on my exam at least) would be to know incorporation the differences and benefits, Responsibility of an Auditor and accounting statements, Interest rates and whether they can go negative and borrowing and lending affects and NPV vs IRR. Overall I would say this test was between hard and easy but I do have some experience with investing but I do think the PDF does a good job of preparing one to take the exam. Good luck everyone! PS Well done, Scoriae for getting so many tests under your belt. Keep up the good work!
Update: My test was graded and posted with in two hours. Well played Davar. So excited I got an 88%!
