I just took it. I would suggest memorizing the material on the slides and looking up any terms you do not understand. The essays were the easiest part for me, but some of the multiple choice options tried to trick you. Since I had absolutely no knowledge of meteorology before this test, I reviewed study.com's meteorology course materials using my subscription. It helped me to watch the videos to actually see the air movement and rotations rather than just read about it.
Going over the quizzes really helped me gauge my knowledge on the subject. I spend a couple hours a day for about 4 days preparing but again I never watch forecasts and had no clue how weather operates.
