I haven't taken Corporate Finance yet, but I feel like this one is tougher to study for. I've been through the slides carefully, and it seems like plenty isn't explained well, to someone who doesn't have the prior knowledge. For other exams, there was a lot less of this. Overall there seems to be a lot of material, so maybe it's okay to not understand a few of these, but there are so many. I get the sense that the person who did the slides didn't really understand the material, but I guess I wouldn't know. Much of this I still don't understand. I will be doing some extra reading to supplement the slides. I will expect this to be one of my lowest grades, despite putting in effort.
