I've asked Davar to let me know about their policy with what's allowed, and I also told them that they should have it clearly stated on their site or main page for taking exams so that students know what to expect going into the exam. I'm waiting for their response to this, but I don't believe this is grounds for failing me on those exams or even making me retake them.

Instead, they show it right as you're about to start the exam. It will say that the exam has no exceptions to the normal policy, or it will say it has an exception. It will say that a calculator is allowed. I posted yesterday about the exams I asked about.

I believe it won't also say scratch paper, but I forget. I will pay attention when I take my finance exam today. Scratch paper might only be allowed for the ones that allow a calculator.
