Need help understanding TESU application process

I just applied to TESU. The prices must have gone up.
The RW for in state is $2,200 or $1980 w/study.com
The tuition is $396 or $1188 for 3CR = $1129 w/study.com
Am I figuring this correctly?
I'm out of state so I want to make sure I'm correct with this:
RW $2500 or $2250 w/study.com
Tuition $499 or $1497 for 3CR = $1422 for capstone w/study.com
And am I correct that I don't need the cornerstone class?
Is everyone on this forum from NJ?

If you have the Study.com affiliate membership, then the cornerstone is waived.  You need to make sure it's on your file though.

Prices have gone up, but they don't apply for anyone using the Study.com membership.  The actual numbers are set in stone, $1098 for courses, and $1800 for the residency waiver - all through 6/30/18.  https://www.tesu.edu/studycom/index.cfm

Yes. Study.com students can save on TESU tuition in the following ways:

• In-state pricing for both Per-Credit and Comprehensive Tuition Plans
  
  
• 10% reduction on Residency Waiver Fee (applicable for students who take fewer than 16 credits of TESU courses). This discount makes the Residency Waiver Fee $1,800 for Study.com students.
  
  
• 5% Tuition reduction on Per Credit Tuition Plan tuition, or $366 per credit attempted.
