Perhaps she got an associates degree at Keiser. So, Keiser took NA credits and granted the degree. Then the next school allowed the block transfer to waive all GenEds.

Or that she basically did PLA through Keiser using MM coursework as proof.

Otherwise maybe someone accidentally processed her transcript wrong and didn't realize that the credits originally came from MM.
