I can't speak for others but I personally took it one at a time. I studied for about 2-3 hours a day for 7-10 days until I knew the IC cards inside and out...then took the test. After that, it was dump and purge and on to the next conquest. Stick to your plan and you'll be back out in the yard with your kids in no time.
It is maddening to have to learn stuff that seems as useless as a fire extinguisher in an inferno but that's part of the game. Take it one step at a time, overcome each obstacle, and succeed. You will feel better about it all once your done...trust me. Lee
