Every new school will require all the old transcripts. They will check with the National Student Clearinghouse to make sure they have them all, and you'll have to provide it, even if all you took there was a PE course. This may come up for the Pierpont AAS people if Pierpont reports the degree to NSC which causes future grad or undergrad schools to insist on a transcript Pierpont won't provide. They are going to have to fix this.
Edit: It occurs that to me it would be another kind of bad if they DON'T report the degree to NSC. If you claim the degree and a future school (or maybe employer) tries to verify you attended Pierpont, and can't, you could stand accused of academic fraud.
