I would recommend Study.com for the 2 communication courses (oral and business). The course that covers the Oral Communications requirement can be done very quickly and doesn't require you to do a speech at all (Communications 120: Presentation Skills in the Workplace - I believe this is the one), and the Business communications course was straightforward (Business 113: Business Communication - this is the one I took, so I know it is the correct name)
