I cannot believe this. I unknowingly canceled my membership several hours too late because I was consumed in my other responsibilities. Straighterline STRAIGHT UP told me "no," I'm not getting my money back. I asked for a reimbursement the same day it happened. I don't have an extra hundred to dollars to just give out. Straighterline has been nothing but complicated for me and I'm so tired of it. I need that money back. I worked my butt off to get all my assignments done on time because I couldn't afford another month's worth of membership.
I can't imagine being on their team and denying someone a refund for the simplest mistake. That's so greedy.
