It's a Masters Degree, it's not a diploma mill. As Sanatone mentioned (when I did a search on them), they're recognized in European countries such as Germany, but going further than Europe, no one (or not many people) will know them. So, if you want to think of it this way - it's very similar to a State Recognized or Authorized degree in the USA.
Basically, mainly the people in the state would know about the degree... it once again isn't a mill, but doesn't have that National Accreditation or Regional Accreditation.
