For what you're interested in WGU might be a good fit for your age and major of interest; as bjcheung77 mentioned you can apply to WGU at 16
Maybe look into WGU they accept 16 year olds. Before enrolling you might have to finish your high school diploma. This would sense financially as well since then you could qualify for more scholarships and aid. If I were you I'd hold off on enrolling until you graduate high school.
