One more question, the US History 1 on sophia appeared not to be proctored. But they say it is completed and waiting for transcripts.

Are all the other courses on sophia also not proctored right now?

I am also taking Algebra, Biology and Greek philosophers on sophia. As well as Medical Terminology at TESU, TECEP format.

Thanks for the ASU link, I probably won't be able to take any of those classes.

Still sad that they shut down the test center just as I was about to take a 6 credit CLEP for Analysis & Interpretation of Literature, which I need to complete Info Literacy.

1) Sophia courses are proctored using a different method, it's biometric proctoring without the use of a webcam. Which means, you type a sentence and it will read/track, differentiate you using those methods, further to that, when you're on their site, they know your ISP/IP info.

Anyways, you are proctored using different means... I especially like this and recommend it for people with test anxiety (like me) even though I am fine with ProctorU or RPNow, and being recorded, etc. The TECEP uses ProctorU, you will be recorded in real-time, actually not recorded but proctored by a person in real-time.

2) Info Literacy can't be transferred into TESU, if you're taking the CLEP it'll go into the General Education or Free Electives, and if you're going for a BA/BALS, it'll go into the AOS LL. You will need to take the Cornerstone at TESU.

Clepper43, in the link provided above for sign up, the last area is a drop down, you can choose only those two courses mentioned. If you need Principles of Management or American History, Pearson/Lumerit Unbound has made an offer of those SPECIFIC courses free, at this link: https://go.getunbound.org/spring-course-tf

Now in regards to Pearson/Lumerit, they are a for-profit company in the education sector, they want your info, not necessarily to sell it, but just like Sophia.org/StraighterLine/Study.com they'll need your info for transcript purposes and just like them, they want to up-sell you more courses by sending you more ads/coupons, etc.
