I would finish up Sophia and then apply. That way you'll know where the different credits will go. And you can see who has the best offer for you. I still don't know if you can fully test out of them, but with your budget you should hopefully be able take a couple of classes at TESU, if needed. The other computer degrees at TESU all require more math. I don't understand why IT requires physics or chemistry; you don't need either of those to deal with computers.
