Anyway, I agree with your thinking. I think it's hard for many to process that an evaluation done in one country doesn't change what was earned from another, it may only impact some of the things that can be done with it. And of course, if the eval is not needed for a particular person's situation it's of no concern.

Excellent observations! The ENEB degree is exactly what its purported to be in Spain. Mileage outside of Spain should be expected to be limited because of known public knowledge that it has limited utility in Spain. At the moment, the two best deal in affordable education is Sophia and ENEB. Hooray for people with a limited budget.
