I've been changing entrenched processes and workflows for 20 years, they never go smooth, things get missed, and yeah it sucks for end users, but it gets worked out.
Things that are common in this type of change.
1. Support almost always has no information, and if they do, it is usually wrong
2. Things aren't perfect and take time
3. Customers get impacted, but it ends up working out for them.
The lack of information to you about the status is worse, but it isn't a stopper.
Acclaim badges for The Institutes Ethics courses (old and new) are only going to be for CPCU members in good standing. That's 2 UL or 3 LL credits, depending on when you took the course. So, yes, I am losing credits. It's not enough for me to care a lot but I do feel sorry for people with ALEKS credits because those are no longer ACE courses and there doesn't seem to be any great rush to make sure that these kinds of credits carry over.
