Sophia often doesn't answer emails. As has been said in this thread and elsewhere, you have to contact them via the chat function. They should be available again on Monday. Tell the chat person that you'd like them to manually add your courses to Credly. Wait a few days. Approve the courses. You have Sophia credits again.

And expect it take a lot of time.  I wish they were consistent with the wait a few days. Younger sibling had 2 approved in a few days and still waiting more than 2 weeks later for the other 3.  chat person says it's in process.  But it feels like it's back to summer of 2020 when there were big delays in eng comp grading.    we're trying to stay positive and say it'll be here by Christmas.
